🎪 What is Bee Circus ?
We are a camp of risk-takers who journey from festival to festival. We have an intense bond and admiration for art, music, and nature. We unite individuals from across the globe, providing a haven to revel in our cherished festivals.
🏨 Is this a hotel ?
Absolutely not.
Planning our camp is a constant dance with the unpredictable. With four years of experience, we've learned that reality rarely matches the plan. We might face issues with weather, transportation, or even police. Our supplies could be broken, stolen, or missing from a previous festival. We get to the scene with a quick, problem-solving mindset because we know the promised space might be too small, the power source is wrong, or the land is covered in spikes and ants. We can’t complain to the festival organizers; we're their buffer. We handle these challenges in real time, and we do it together.
This is a community camp experience, and our true value lies in the hands of our community—yours. We provide the essential setup: a tent, a chill-out space, food and drinks, free internet, power in every tent, and a kitchen with devices to make your stay easier.
Just like a collective house, managing our camp requires everyone's help. This could mean a hand with setting up your tent, finishing the chill-out space, keeping the area clean, or tearing down camp at the end. Your participation is what makes this truly special.
Perfection isn't the goal—this is a festival, after all! Together, lost between the land and the trees, we'll build an amazing camp by joining our forces and taking collective action.
No amount of money can justify frustration, insults, or threats. We are here to share love, empathy, and mutual aid—to celebrate our successes and learn from our defeats as a camp. We are a collective fighting against the old world values of servitude, competitiveness, and money-centric relationships.
There are no distinctions between us—no borders, no politics. Only our love for arts and music unites us. You aren't "booking a tent with us"; we are all supporters of our camp.
🏅 Is the place we take nominative ?
Yes, your place is nominative and given to you only. If you cannot attend and we find someone to replace you, you are fully refunded. If we cannot find someone to replace you, half is converted as store credit. The other half is lost.
💕 How many places are available by tent ?
We are counting 2 supporters by tent.
⚁ How does it work if we are alone ?
You have 2 choices :
- You want to keep your tent for you only, then you need to get an extra Juicy Bee place from our store.
- You want to share your tent with someone else alone like you, then mark it in the comment and we do the rest.
⚃ How does it work if we are a group ?
In the comment section, you are encouraged to share with us the names of your group. As you know, we count 2 supporters by tent. If you are an odd number, you will need to chose between:
- getting an extra juicy bee place,
- or accepting to share one tent with another odd number group.
🎟️ Does the price include a festival ticket ?
No, your place among us doesn't include the festival ticket. The festival ticket remains your responsability. Sometimes we can get some supporters tickets but it depends which festival and rules evolve year by year.
❌ What happens if we need to cancel ?
Until 2 month before the event, you are 100% refunded.
From 2 months to the event, if we find someone to replace you, you are fully refunded, if we don't, we will convert 50% of your expense into store credit. The other half will be lost.
🏕️ How is the camp today ?
We’ve already built a unique space for you to relax and recharge.
- The Tents: Our tents feature super tall, premium inflatable beds with cushions, blankets, and pillows. We’ve included a wardrobe, a small mirror, two sets of string lights for ambience, and a storage box that doubles as a bench.
- The Chill Zone: We offer two large, 72-square-meter spaces. One is a soft, cozy lounge perfect for resting and recharging. The other is a groovy space with vendors we've met on our journeys, as well as a counter for ordering drinks and food. We also have four pyramid-shaped dark rooms for a moment of peace and quiet.
- Amenities: We provide free internet and electricity in each tent (perfect for charging devices, not for hair dryers!). The kitchen has a freezer for ice, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg boiler, and a cooker.
📊 What do you do with our data ?
We do not share or sell or keep the data gathered outside of our use. We contact your by email only for the following reasons and only this :
- 1 mail at the opening season to announce our festivals.
- 1 mail at the closing period to thank you.
- In case of extreme emergency, we could eventually send one.
People who make an order will get :
- 1 email to confirm your order.
- 1 email to prepare your venue (bed placement, exact dates, etc..).
🧸 Why is the website so amateurish?
Everything is not perfect but the important information is there and for the time spent on it,compared to the time to make a really cool and smooth interface, is definitely low.
We can't wait, as much as you, for the day we have a website as shiny as our will to bring something new.
